Der R.38 –  offiziell für den Wettkampf-Einsatz zugelassen!

Nach dem herausragenden Test in der Tour (03/22) sagt jetzt auch die UCI: Unser PI ROPE R.38 ist absolut renntauglich. Nach erfolgreichem Bestehen des Falltests ist unser Rennraddebüt jetzt in der Liste der für UCI-Wettkämpfe zugelassenen Laufradsätze aufgeführt.

Hierfür musste das Laufrad einem mit 40 Joule aufkommenden, 10 kg schweren Fallkörper standhalten, ohne sich zu verformen. Natürlich kein Problem für einen bereits in der Entwicklung auf Herz und Nieren getesteten Satz.

Der R.38 ist selbstverständlich in unserem Online-Shop erhältlich: Mit 38 mm Aeroprofil und 1.250 g Gesamtgewicht erhaltet Ihr einen unfairen, aber legalen Vorteil im nächsten Rennen. Dabei könnt ihr nicht nur aus Freiläufen für Shimano 10/11/12-fach, Sram XDR und Campagnolo N3W wählen, sondern Euch den Laufradsatz auch mit unseren 13 Speichenfarben ganz individuell gestalten.

The R.38 – now officially race legal!

After the excellent test in German Tour Magazin (03/22) now also the UCI confirms: Our PI ROPE R.38 is absolutely race ready. After passing the wheel impact test, the wheel set is now listed in the list of UCI-approved wheels.

For passing the test, the wheel needed to withstand the impact of a striker with 40 Joules and a weight of 10 kg without deformation. Which was no problem for a wheel set that has been tested to the maximum during development.

Of course, you can get the R.38 in our web shop. A 38 mm aero profile and a weight of only 1.250 g offer you an unfair, but legal advantage in the next race. You can choose from Shimano 10/11/12-speed, Sram XDR and Campagnolo N3W freehub bodies. Additionally, you can fully customize your wheel set with our 13 spoke colors.
